Celebrating Success: Zack Schuch Recaps 2024 Company Retreat
This summer, we had the incredible opportunity to host our annual company retreat at the Hard Rock Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It was an event that brought together over 1,200 of our esteemed colleagues from across the country, including managers, assistant managers, and administrators, all gathering to celebrate our collective achievements over the last year.
A Celebration of Success
The primary goal of this retreat was clear: to bring our teams together, celebrate the milestones we’ve reached, and acknowledge the hard work and dedication that have fueled our success. The event kicked off with a grand award ceremony, where we honored those who have gone above and beyond in their roles. It was a proud moment for all of us, as we recognized the individuals and teams whose efforts have made a significant impact on our company’s growth.
Connecting and Unwinding
But the retreat wasn’t all about awards and accolades. We made sure to balance the formalities with plenty of opportunities for everyone to relax and recharge. After the ceremony, we hosted a lively party that allowed everyone to let loose and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Punta Cana. The rest of the retreat was dedicated to “rest and relaxation” time, giving attendees the chance to unwind, explore the beautiful surroundings, and connect with colleagues in a more casual setting.

Our team at Acquire was well-represented at the retreat, and I was honored to attend alongside some of our key leaders. Joining me were Cedric, our managing partner; Addyson and Logan, our talented assistant directors; and Becca, Maggie, and Bailey, our dedicated administrators. Each of these individuals plays a crucial role in our success, and it was a pleasure to spend this time with them, celebrating our collective accomplishments and enjoying the retreat’s offerings.
Back to the Grind
As we return to our daily routines, the memories of this retreat serve as a reminder of what we’ve achieved and what we can accomplish together. The energy, enthusiasm, and camaraderie we experienced in Punta Cana will undoubtedly fuel us as we move forward, setting our sights on even greater goals for the coming year.
