Last week in Dallas, I had the honor of bringing together an exceptional team of over 900 leaders, managers, and rising professionals to dive deep into the values, strategies, and skills that drive business and team growth. The event was designed not just to teach, but to inspire and empower each individual to lead with greater vision, resilience, and commitment to their teams and organizations.
To kick things off, I had the chance to take 35 of our managers and assistant managers to a Dallas Cowboys game, offering everyone a unique chance to connect outside the typical office setting. From the stadium to the conference room, that sense of camaraderie was something we kept close as we shifted to more business topics over the following days.
Starting Monday, I hosted a morning breakfast at the Gaylord Resort to open conversations on organizational direction. Shortly after, we convened at the DFW Hilton with 500 managers, sharing insights on what it means to develop sustainable and high-performing organizations. Keynote speakers offered insights on management development, the art of building resilient teams, and actionable strategies for scaling growth. This was supplemented by an interview-style discussion, which allowed for real-time perspectives from our experienced leaders.
Tuesday continued the momentum with an all-day session for top leaders, where we took a deeper dive into the intricacies of team management and the transformative power of effective leadership. These conversations weren’t just one-sided lectures; they were highly interactive sessions that pulled from the experiences of those in the room, creating a dynamic exchange of ideas.
Finally, on Wednesday, I had the privilege of both co-hosting and speaking during the morning sessions for our top leaders. We discussed the nuances of leadership — how to drive not only results but also a culture that motivates, inspires, and respects each member of the team.
Leaving Dallas, I’m reminded of the strength we possess when we come together with a unified purpose. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the dedication our leaders show every day, and I couldn’t be more excited for the future we’re building together.
